Authors of accepted papers must complete electronically and sign the IEEE Copyright Form no later than September 15th, 2012.

Please fill a .doc or a .pdf version of the IEEE Copyright Form, and send a signed and scanned copy to . Please use Copyright form paper #, as a subject

Requirements for preparing your document:

1. IMPORTANT: Authors should prepare IEEE Xplore compatible pdf documents for their submissions. Conversions and checking for Xplore compatibility can be performed by Authors need to register (for free) before using the facility. The Conference ID required, is "bibe2012x".

2. Papers should strictly follow IEEE format and have a page limit of 6 pages. Extended papers of 7 or 8 pages will be considered, and the authors will be charged with an additional fee of 25 or 50 Euro, respectively.

3. Please use the IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings

4. Please be sure to add INDEX TERMS (KEYWORDS): Enter up to 5 keywords separated by commas after the abstract as displayed on the template.

At least one author of the paper must be registered at the appropriate full conference rate (Member, Non-member, Student member, Student non-member) in order to upload the final paper, and have the paper published in the proceedings. If complete payment of a registration fee is not received, authors will not be able to proceed with uploading their final manuscript. Once a manuscript has been uploaded, the registration fees cannot be refunded.

6. A registered author (member, or non-member) can cover up to two papers with his/her registration. A registered student author (member, or non-member) can cover only one paper with his/her registration.
